Who we are
Guy — Founder
I began my career in a small chef owned Oxfordshire gastropub before running a busy kitchen in Courchevel in the French Alps, where I developed a deep respect for seasonality, provenance, and bold, layered flavour.
From there, I moved into cocktails — bringing a chef’s mindset and precise technique to modern mixology. I had joined the team at Black Cow Vodka, and designed and led their Saloon Bar in Lyme Regis, refining both service and menu development on the Dorset coast.
I later collaborated with Country Creatures and The Double Red Duke, a beautiful 16th Century Coaching Inn in Oxfordshire, whilst also launching my own first cocktail venture, Guy’s Place.
Through Guy’s Place, I created bespoke cocktail experiences for private homes and venues across the Cotswolds, London and the South West, including Daylesford Organic and Cornwell Manor.
Today, I continue to shape cocktail programmes within the Country Creatures group, crafting seasonal menus and bespoke, foraged infusions that reflect the surrounding landscape and shifting seasons.
It was through festival invitations with Guy’s Place that Natura Cocktails was born — a way to offer nature-inspired, ready-to-drink cocktails alongside immersive, accessible cocktail experiences.
You’ll now find me running foraging cocktail workshops, appearing at festivals throughout 2026, creating drinks for weddings and events, and regularly behind the bar at The Double Red Duke.
The Team
I am lucky enough to have a team behind Natura cocktails, that are carefully selected on their merits of being friendly, highly capable bartenders whom I really enjoy working with regularly across the country.
They are professionally trained, confident and genuinely enthusiastic about the ingredients and ethos behind the drinks we serve. Many come from hospitality and culinary backgrounds, bringing both technical skill and warm, attentive service to every event.
Bright, personable and calm under pressure, they understand that great service is as important as a great cocktail.
Our team operates across the Cotswolds, London, the South West and beyond — ensuring that wherever Natura appears, the experience remains consistent, polished and welcoming.
