Who we are
Guy — Founder
Natura was founded by chef-turned-bartender Guy Chittenden.
Guy began his career in Oxfordshire kitchens before running a busy kitchen in Courchevel in the French Alps, developing an early obsession with seasonality, provenance and layered flavour.
Cocktails came next.
After working with Black Cow Vodka and leading the creation of its Saloon Bar in Lyme Regis, Guy went on to develop drinks across hospitality and events, including work with Country Creatures, The Double Red Duke and Daylesford Organic.
Natura grew from that combination of kitchens, bars, fields and events: a drinks business built around seasonal ingredients and the belief that cocktails can carry the same sense of place as food.
Today Natura creates drinks for weddings, festivals, hospitality businesses and brands throughout the UK — from bespoke field bars to professionally produced cocktails and consultancy.
